5. Fees and Payment
Subscription Fees
Some features of jCal require a subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
Refunds
Limited refunds are available for installation failures or critical bugs within 14-30 days depending on plan type. No refunds for change of mind, compatibility issues, or unused time. See our full Refund Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
jCal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Transmit harmful code or interfere with service operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
8. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to jCal (such as recipes, events, or reviews). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to share any content you upload.
